Arrington XRP Capital Fund reported holding 4,704,137 voting Evernorth Class A shares in a Form 3 signed Oct. 19. A companion filing puts that block at 19.9% of Evernorth’s Class A shares outstanding as of Oct. 9. The fund also reported 29,033,708 non-voting Class C shares, but the filing says a 19.9% ownership restriction blocks their conversion into Class A shares within 60 days.
Under an October 2025 agreement, Rippleworks can direct votes on 30.2 million of the fund’s Evernorth shares, and the fund must consult it before selling them. The disclosure did not involve new buying. Evernorth shares closed at $15.23 on Oct. 19, down 61% from their Oct. 2 close of $39.42.
