Arf announced on Oct. 22 a partnership with Ripple to provide licensed payment companies with RLUSD settlement financing on the XRP Ledger. The initial service will provide working capital directly on the network; a later move to native lending depends on approval of network rule changes by validators.
Arf says repayments typically arrive within one to five days as payments settle. It reports about $10 billion in annual global settlement volume. Under the planned native lending model, Arf would still make credit assessments and working-capital decisions outside the network.
