Dogecoin Family Welcomes Neiro
In a recent X post, ‘mother of Kabosu’ announced the addition of a new Shiba Inu dog named Neiro to the family. This news, however, is not an endorsement of new dog-themed meme cryptocurrencies.
Atsuko Sato, known as Dogemother, clarified that she does not endorse any crypto project except @ownthedoge. This statement casts uncertainty on the new cryptocurrencies’ chances of success.
Among the three new Neiro-themed cryptocurrencies, two are on Solana and one on Ethereum, all vying to be the “True Neiro” meme coin. Despite the competition, a Solana-based dev made 5,169x gains, raising suspicions of a possible ‘honeypot.’
The new coins have garnered significant attention, but their long-term popularity remains uncertain.
