SEC Approves Cyber Hornet’s S&P 500 XRP ETF

Cyber Hornet Files for New ETFs Integrating S&P 500 with Cryptocurrencies

  • Cyber Hornet has filed with the SEC to launch an ETF combining the S&P 500 and XRP, trading under ticker “XXX” if approved.
  • The ETF will allocate 75% of its assets to S&P 500 stocks and 25% to XRP futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
  • Two additional ETFs will focus on Ethereum and Solana, trading under tickers “EEE” and “SSS,” respectively.
  • All three ETFs will have an annual management fee of 0.95% and no shareholder transaction fees.
  • The funds will rebalance monthly to maintain their asset allocation but may adjust more frequently during volatility.

If approved, these ETFs would be the first to integrate XRP, Ethereum, and Solana with a regulated S&P500 strategy, reflecting a growing trend in linking traditional finance with digital assets.

The Cyber Hornet ETFs aim to provide diversified exposure through a unique structure, potentially attracting significant investment interest as they blend equities with cryptocurrency futures. (Source)
