Movement Labs Integrates Polygon AggLayer

Movement Labs partners with Polygon Labs to join AggLayer, enhancing blockchain interoperability. This integration unifies liquidity across MoveVM-based Layer-2 chains, AggLayer-connected chains, and Ethereum.

The collaboration coincides with Movement Labs’ public testnet launch, which has secured $160 million in committed Total Value Locked (TVL). Major contributors include Solv Protocol with $100 million and 280 Capital with $60 million.

AggLayer, operational since February, uses Celestia’s data availability layer for cost-effective, high-throughput off-chain data storage while ensuring Ethereum’s security. This move prepares Movement Labs for a more efficient and secure mainnet launch.
