JPMorgan Chase is expanding its JPM Coin deposit token to Ethereum, Bloomberg reported. JPM Coin represents US dollar deposits held at the bank and lets eligible clients transfer funds within seconds, around the clock. Although the tokens are issued on public networks, access will remain restricted to approved institutional participants.
JPMorgan rolled out JPM Coin on Base in November 2025 and announced plans in January to bring it to the Canton Network. Cointelegraph said JPMorgan did not immediately respond to a request for more details.
