Mirae Asset Securities’ Hong Kong arm issued tokenized six-month floating-rate notes on Solana to institutional investors, according to the firm’s announcement. The notes were issued under its $3 billion structured note program; that figure is the program size, not the amount issued. Singapore-based Marketnode acted as an authorized distributor, while Mirae Asset Securities handled issuance, payments and the notes’ lifecycle through its internal digital infrastructure.
The company said the transaction could serve as a model for distributing more structured products through blockchain-based channels.
