An unidentified entity in the European Union may have lost more than $106 million from accounts at multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, according to blockchain investigator ZachXBT. He said funds suspected to have been stolen were withdrawn in USDC and USDT, then moved through several cryptocurrencies and blockchains. The entity, the exchanges and the suspected attacker have not been publicly identified.
Separately, blockchain monitoring account Onchain Lens said a wallet associated with the Solana trading bot King may have lost about $786,000. It said unusual transfers suggested a possible wallet compromise, but King’s operator has not confirmed one.
