Blockchain analytics firm Bitquery found that 110 wallets generated 99.6% of RLUSD payments on the XRP Ledger from Sept. 19 to Oct. 18. They made about 7.79 million payments transferring a total of $7,722, mostly to three collector addresses. Bitquery could not establish who operated the wallets.
Transaction counts did not capture all RLUSD activity: about 14,600 payments worth at least $1 moved $7.33 billion during the period, though 10 wallets accounted for $6.05 billion of that total. The automated payments fell sharply starting Oct. 14. Cross River Bank announced on Oct. 15 that it had incorporated RLUSD into its banking platform for eligible fintech companies, but blockchain records showed no evidence linking the decline to that announcement.
