Strategy disclosed on Oct. 19, 2026, that it bought 267 bitcoin for $22.1 million between Oct. 12 and Oct. 18, bringing its holdings to 848,517 BTC. It funded the purchase with $22 million from common-stock sales and $100,000 in existing cash.
Strategy also reported repurchasing about $193.1 million of STRC preferred shares and expanding its digital credit securities repurchase authorization from $2 billion to $3 billion. The expanded authorization is not a completed repurchase. The company reported $4.83 billion in a designated U.S. dollar reserve and $447.3 million in other cash.
