Bitcoin Surges to 19000 BTC After Strategy Sale

Strive Asset Management Acquires Additional Bitcoin Amid Market Fluctuations

  • Strive Asset Management (ASST) acquired 2,500 bitcoin for approximately $185.2 million at an average price of $74,092 per coin.
  • This purchase raised Strive’s total bitcoin holdings to 19,000 BTC.
  • The company reported a quarter-to-date yield of 23.0% and a year-to-date yield of 36.7%.
  • Strive’s amplification ratio stands at 57.0%, indicating faster growth in shareholder bitcoin exposure compared to the price appreciation of bitcoin.
  • In contrast, competitor MicroStrategy (MSTR) sold 32 BTC for $2.5 million at an average price of $77,135.

Strive’s recent acquisition reflects a strategic move to capitalize on lower market prices following a dip in bitcoin value from above $74,000 to around $70,800 within the week. The company’s significant cash reserves are also aimed at supporting an 18-month dividend reserve.

With its total holdings now at 19,000 BTC, Strive Asset Management continues to strengthen its position among the top corporate holders of bitcoin in the market.
