Binance Delists Major BTC, USDT Margin Pairs

Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, will delist key Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) margin pairs involving TrueUSD (TUSD) on July 24, 2024. This action primarily impacts BTC/TUSD and TUSD/USDT pairs in both Cross and Isolated Margin trading.

Starting July 12, 2024, Binance will suspend isolated margin borrowing for these pairs. On the delisting date, user positions will be closed, automatic settlements conducted, and all pending orders canceled.

Portfolio Margin users will see their TUSD balances in Cross Margin Wallets automatically converted to USDT, a process that may take over 24 hours and affect new positions.

Recently, Binance listed trending cryptocurrencies like Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET) and FLOKI, while also planning to delist spot pairs for BarnBridge (BOND) and others by July 22, 2024.

This delisting underscores Binance’s strategic adjustments to maintain a streamlined trading ecosystem.
