Bitcoin Breakout Vs M1 Money Supply Signals Major Rally

Veteran trader Peter Brandt revealed a Bitcoin price breakout against the M1 money supply, the first since 2017. This breakout could lead to a significant rally, possibly reaching $100K.

Brandt noted similarities between Bitcoin’s chart structure and the Dow Jones Industrial Average during the 1970s Great Stagflation. This historical comparison suggests a continuation pattern that could signal a major price surge.

Analyst TechDev highlighted that Bitcoin’s 5-day bullish compression is at its highest in 8 years, indicating a historic move as people switch from USD to Bitcoin. Despite a slight price increase and reduced trading volume, experts believe the Mt. Gox Bitcoin distribution will not negatively impact BTC prices.

The strategic importance of this breakout underscores Bitcoin’s potential resilience against fiat currency devaluation, positioning it for a massive rally in the coming weeks.
