Two whale addresses have been identified as major contributors to recent Bitcoin (BTC) selling pressure. On June 27, these whales transferred 9,301 BTC to Binance, causing BTC prices to fall.
In addition to whale activities, the German and U.S. governments have been transferring significant Bitcoin holdings. The German government made multiple transfers, including 547 BTC to Flow Traders. The U.S. government also moved 237 BTC from seized funds.
These whale and government activities have significantly impacted BTC prices, adding to market volatility. Notably, within two weeks, Bitcoin whales sold $1.2 billion worth of BTC through various exchanges.
Understanding these trends is crucial for predicting Bitcoin’s future market behavior and its long-term stability. The ongoing large-scale transactions highlight the strategic importance of monitoring whale and government activities in the cryptocurrency market.
