Bitcoin ETF Outflows Hit $121M Amid Decline #Bitcoin

Grayscale Bitcoin ETF (GBTC) has experienced $121 million in outflows following the sale of 1,800 BTC. Since the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs, the total outflows have reached 335,000 BTC. This trend stands in contrast to other issuers experiencing inflows.

Bitcoin ETFs initially boosted the crypto markets, but Grayscale’s fund has struggled due to a 1.5% management fee compared to competitors’ average of 0.30%. The recent downturn in crypto prices has also contributed to these outflows.

Despite these challenges, Grayscale still manages $31.8 billion in assets. Analysts suggest that increased Bitcoin ETF volumes could signal a market rebound, potentially reversing current losses and sparking new gains.

Understanding these dynamics is crucial for anticipating future trends in Bitcoin and broader crypto markets.
