Bitcoin ETFs Hold $70B, 5% of BTC Supply #Bitcoin

Global Spot Bitcoin ETF holdings have surpassed $70 billion, representing 5% of the total Bitcoin supply as of March 2024. This surge, driven by leading asset management firms like BlackRock and Grayscale, underscores rising institutional interest in Bitcoin.

The exponential growth of these ETFs has pushed Bitcoin to an all-time high above $73,000 earlier this month. Despite the significant inflows, Bitcoin’s price has recently consolidated, showing market resilience and a steady trading price of $69,414.92.

Bitcoin continues to lead in digital asset investments, attracting $1.97 billion of the $2 billion in recent inflows. With a circulating supply of 20 million BTC and a market capitalization of $1.3 trillion, Bitcoin remains the top cryptocurrency by market value.

This milestone highlights the growing acceptance of Bitcoin as a legitimate investment vehicle and its long-term potential in institutional portfolios.
