Bitcoin ETFs Surge: Has Bitcoin Bottomed Out?

After seven days of outflows, US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $31 million on June 25. Fidelity’s FBTC contributed significantly with $48.8 million, while Grayscale GBTC experienced net outflows.

Despite these inflows, they are minor compared to the previous week’s outflows. BlackRock’s IBIT had zero inflows, indicating low institutional interest. However, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a 4-5% increase in trading volumes, with BlackRock’s IBIT surpassing $1 billion.

Globally, Hong Kong and Australia showed confidence in Bitcoin ETFs, using a “buy the dip” strategy amid the price sell-off. Bitcoin’s price recovered to $61,700 after a low of $58,000, suggesting stability as long as it remains above $60,000.

The strategic importance lies in the resilience of Bitcoin ETFs across global markets, indicating long-term confidence despite short-term fluctuations.
