Strive bought 4,045 Bitcoin for about $335 million between Oct. 12 and 16, 2026, bringing its holdings to 36,818 BTC, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The average price was $82,803 per coin, including fees and expenses.
Strive also reported about $369 million from warrant exercises on Oct. 12 and 13 that led to 13.7 million new common shares. Its effective share count rose 12.4%, roughly matching the 12.3% rise in Bitcoin holdings, so Bitcoin per share was largely unchanged. Strive priced a $630 million preferred-stock offering whose proceeds could fund more Bitcoin purchases; its fixed 15% annual dividend is due to begin Nov. 9, subject to board approval.
