Bitcoin Hits $69k After Major Investments

Bitcoin (BTC) has surged past the $69,000 mark after a series of large investments, marking a significant recovery from a bearish weekend.

The flagship cryptocurrency is now trading at $69,080, with a market cap exceeding $1.35 trillion and a daily trading volume of $22.7 billion.

This bullish momentum was driven by Paradigm’s $70 million investment in the Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon and Tether’s $150 million purchase of Bitdeer shares.

Additionally, the Republic of Tatarstan is aiming to establish Russia’s largest Bitcoin mining company, valued at approximately $100 million.

Despite a decline in active Bitcoin addresses, from 683,150 to 538,240 over four days, the total supply in profit has risen slightly to 18.33 million BTC.

Bitcoin’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 54 indicates potential for sustained bullish momentum.

These developments underscore Bitcoin’s resilience and its growing significance in the global financial ecosystem.
