Ethereum ETF, Trump Bitcoin 2024, Mt. Gox Payouts

Bitcoin’s price fluctuated significantly this week, peaking above $69,000. Starting near $67,500, it dipped below $64,000 before surging past $69,000.

On July 22, Mt. Gox transferred 0.021 BTC to an address and $1.15 in Bitcoin to Bitstamp. The next day, they withdrew $2.85 billion in Bitcoin, with Kraken clients receiving 37,477 BTC.

Significant investments included Japanese company Metaplanet buying 20.38 BTC for $1.2 million and British club Real Bedford purchasing 66.9 BTC for $4.5 million.

Robert Kiyosaki predicted a Bitcoin surge if Trump becomes President. Over the past month, 358,000 BTC were moved to long-term holders’ wallets, indicating strong market confidence.

At the Bitcoin 2024 conference, Trump claimed Bitcoin would surpass gold and silver in market capitalization. Ethereum saw its supply increase by 120,818 ETH in Q2 2024.
