CryptoQuant analysts said traders’ realized price had risen to about $70,000 while bitcoin traded near $80,000, making the metric a possible support level if bitcoin corrects. The metric tracks the average purchase price of bitcoins last moved one to three months ago. The analysts cautioned that it does not guarantee support: if bitcoin falls below it, the level could instead become resistance.
In a separate analysis, CryptoQuant said retail bitcoin inflows to Binance rose from $5.5 billion to $10.75 billion over 30 days, a six-month high, while inflows from large holders declined. The firm said this may suggest retail investors are selling into the rebound, while large holders show little active intent to sell at current prices.
