Strategy bought 811 BTC for about $65.5 million between October 26 and November 1, 2026, according to a company filing. The purchase raised its holdings to 849,327 BTC, acquired for a cumulative $64.08 billion including fees and related expenses.
Strategy funded the bitcoin purchase with proceeds from sales of MSTR common stock. It also repurchased 2,092,035 STRC preferred shares for $208.2 million using funds from a separate USD Cash pool.
