Bitcoin Core released version 32.1, while versions 31.2 and 30.4 provide maintenance updates for earlier branches. The 32.1 release notes say version 32.0 was tagged but never fully announced or released because of last-minute issues.
According to the notes, 32.1 fixes possible IP-address exposure in a particular private-broadcast fallback configuration and changes transaction relay limits and private-broadcast queue controls. The fix does not mean all earlier transactions exposed senders or that 32.1 guarantees anonymity. The release also changes interface defaults and removes some deprecated fields unless compatibility options are requested, so applications that rely on those fields may need testing even if the node starts and synchronizes.
