Strategy bought 811 BTC for $65.5 million between October 26 and November 1, 2026, resuming purchases after a one-week pause, according to an SEC filing. It paid an average of $80,846 per coin and funded the purchase through stock sales. Strategy said it now holds 849,327 BTC, acquired for $64.08 billion.
The company also bought back 2,092,035 shares of its STRC preferred stock for $208.2 million, paid from its USD Cash account. That account fell to $132.7 million from $242.4 million a week earlier; its separate USD Reserve stood at $4.79 billion after a $43.4 million dividend payment.
