KuCoin announced it would immediately end services for customers in Russia and Belarus, citing legal and regulatory compliance without naming specific requirements. It said affected customers would receive deadlines and instructions for closing positions and withdrawing funds; customers who receive no notice need take no immediate action. MEXC also began winding down services in both countries, while Bitget added them and Kazakhstan to its restricted jurisdictions.
