Robinhood reported third-quarter 2026 results on October 27, with total net revenue of about $1.42 billion, up 12% from a year earlier. Cryptocurrency transaction revenue fell 55% to $120 million, while the company said crypto notional volume across its app and Bitstamp business fell 38% to $50 billion.
The one-quarter figures do not establish a broader trend in cryptocurrency adoption. The app and Bitstamp have different customer mixes, and lower trading volume can reflect several factors. Event contracts brought in $173 million, more than six times the year-earlier amount, but that revenue should not be attributed to crypto trading.
