Binance Inflows Positive After $7B Post-Hack Exodus

Binance recorded about $3.25 billion in 24-hour net inflows after heavy withdrawals following the Oct. 29 hack, according to Defillama data cited in the excerpt. The positive day does not establish a recovery: Defillama still showed about $12.16 billion in seven-day net outflows and $10.85 billion over 30 days. Those rolling figures can change quickly as large transfers enter or leave the measurement window.

Binance said it had reopened withdrawals in phases after security checks and covered customer losses with its own resources. Its figures for the first 46 hours after withdrawals began reopening showed $10.97 billion withdrawn and $5.70 billion deposited, a $5.28 billion deficit. Sustained deposits after services normalize would provide stronger evidence of stabilization than one positive day.
