Injective has officially integrated with OndoFinance, effective immediately, introducing the USDY tokenized treasury instrument to its ecosystem. This partnership aims to expand Real World Asset (RWA) offerings and enhance capital efficiency across Injective’s decentralized applications (dApps).
USDY, a novel tokenized treasury instrument, is now available for use within Injective’s network, potentially transforming traditional financial asset interaction with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. This marks a significant step in Injective’s mission to bring traditional finance on-chain, leveraging their RWA module that already supports offerings such as foreign exchange (FX) and commodities.
Additionally, Injective has launched AINJ, a Staking Exchange-Traded Product developed with 21Shares, which provides exposure to INJ and staking rewards. This collaboration underscores Injective’s credibility, following their recent partnership with Ark Invest on a Bitcoin ETF managing over $3 billion in assets.
The strategic integration with OndoFinance is expected to drive new use cases for institutional investors and expand the RWA market within the Injective ecosystem, aligning with the broader trend of bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology.
