U.S. investment firm Strive said it completed a $630 million initial public offering of 7 million Series A SATS perpetual preferred shares on October 20, 2026. The shares sold for $90 each, and trading began that day on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker SATS.
SATS carries cumulative dividends at a 15% annual rate on its $100 stated value per share, but payments require a declaration by Strive’s board or an authorized committee, legal availability and sufficient funds. The first regular payment dates are scheduled for each business day beginning November 9, 2026. Strive plans to use SATS as another way to raise capital for its bitcoin strategy.
