Rare Griswold cast-iron skillets fetched thousands of dollars at auctions in 2025, but the source says most vintage pans sell for much less. At a February 2025 auction, two Griswold No. 13 skillets sold for $3,300 and $2,600; at a November 2025 auction, two others sold for $3,200 and $2,400. These prices were for particular logo and pattern combinations, not typical No. 13 pans.
The source says ordinary vintage Griswold and Wagner skillets often sell for $20 to $400. It also reports that an authentic Griswold “Erie Spider” skillet sold for $10,000 in August 2024. Collectors estimate that fewer than roughly 200 legible examples of that briefly used logo survive.
