Strategy declared conditional daily dividends for its STRC stock for November, according to an SEC filing. It plans to pay a total of $1 per share in daily payments from November 2 through December 1, but only if stockholders approve the change at an October 28 vote and the approval is filed in time to take effect before November.
STRC dividends are currently paid twice a month. The proposed daily schedule has not yet taken effect.
