Injective Price Surge as Developer Activity Increases

Injective (INJ) price has seen a six-day rise, marking its longest winning streak in 2024. This surge started on July 5th and has seen a 54% recovery from its monthly low of $16.93.

The rally coincides with an increase in developer commits, which have risen to over 700 weekly, up from less than 200. This surge in activity suggests a healthier and more engaged ecosystem, enhancing the blockchain’s security.

Additionally, the derivatives volume for Injective jumped to over $109 million, indicating a positive market sentiment. Helix, the largest DEX on Injective, processed over $114 million in transactions, ranking it 32nd among DEXs.

Despite its market cap of $2.4 billion, concerns remain about its DeFi TVL of under $50 million and its limited number of DeFi dApps. However, analysts are optimistic, predicting potential price targets of up to $100 per INJ token.

This rising developer activity and market engagement could position Injective for significant long-term growth and stability.
