Karak, a multi-chain restaking platform built on Ethereum, is integrating Space and Time’s zero-knowledge coprocessor solution to enhance trustless slashing and rewards for its Distributed Secure Services (DSS). This integration aims to provide a crucial security layer for decentralized services within the Karak ecosystem.
Space and Time, a decentralized data warehouse, offers scalable zero-knowledge proofs essential for smart contracts and AI applications. Karak will use this technology to secure various providers, including data availability marketplaces. This collaboration enables fast on-chain proofs, allowing developers to build and deploy DSSs swiftly.
Karak recently raised $48 million in a Series A round at a $1 billion valuation, backed by Coinbase and Pantera Capital. The funds will advance Karak’s universal security layer for Ethereum and beyond. The platform’s commitment to integrating the global crypto economy is evident through partnerships with Wormhole, Maker, and others.
This strategic move underscores Karak’s long-term goal of creating a universal restaking layer that enhances security and yields across the crypto ecosystem.
