The Zeus Network’s native token, ZEUS, surged 19% to $0.2931 following an announcement of major upgrades on July 15. The token remains up 11.6% in the last 24 hours, trading at $0.2705 with a market cap of $45.4 million.
Historically, ZEUS is down 75% from its all-time high of $1.11. The upgrades involve enhancing the APOLLO Testnet and developing ZeusScan and Muses Wallet, aiming for a smooth Mainnet Beta experience.
ZeusScan will offer real-time monitoring of ZPL assets on Solana, while Muses Wallet will manage ZPL assets across multiple blockchains. ZEUS tokens, similar to Jupiter’s JUP, are used for transaction fees, smart contracts, and governance within the network.
With OKX listing ZEUS for spot trading, the network aims to combine Solana’s scalability with Bitcoin’s security. Supported by Solana and Stacks co-founders, Zeus Network’s $8 million funding underscores its commitment to blockchain interoperability, marking a major step forward.
