Aviva Investors launched a tokenized share class of its Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger, according to a joint announcement with Ripple. The roughly £22 billion ($29.4 billion) figure refers to assets in the fund as a whole, not the new share class. Aviva invested £50 million in the new share class, the announcement said.
Aviva said about £86 million is invested across its two tokenized share class offerings. The other is a share class of its USD Liquidity Fund.
