More companies object to OKX-ICE tokenized stocks

Intel, IBM, Oracle and IonQ have objected to having their US stocks listed in tokenized form on OKXICE, a proposed exchange from OKX and Intercontinental Exchange. OKX reported the objections in a Monday update. The four bring the total to 26 of the 62 companies OKXICE proposed for tokenized stock listings, or about 41%.

OKXICE has filed its proposal under a temporary US Securities and Exchange Commission exemption that allows limited trading of tokenized National Market System stocks. The objections concern the proposed OKXICE listings, not the companies’ existing US stock listings.
