Strategy said on October 28, 2026, that shareholders approved amendments to pay dividends on its four preferred stocks every business day. Preliminary results showed 99.3% of votes cast in favor. Dividends will accrue daily, including on weekends and holidays, without changing the annual rates.
Strategy expects payments on STRC to begin November 2, 2026, and payments on STRF, STRK and STRD to follow on January 4, 2027. The company said the changes are designed to shorten the wait between earning dividends and receiving cash.
