Digital Freedom Fund reported its first ad spending in Texas’s 2026 Senate race, saying it spent more than $81,000 on direct mail supporting Republican Ken Paxton and opposing Democrat James Talarico. The Winklevoss-backed super PAC also reported more spending in Ohio, bringing its total support for Republican Jon Husted against Democrat Sherrod Brown to about $7 million. These are reported campaign expenditures, not election results.
Separately, Fairshake reported more than $13 million in new direct-mail spending: over $4 million to oppose independent Dan Osborn in Nebraska and another $9 million to support Husted. Early voting in Texas began on Oct. 19, ahead of Election Day on Nov. 3. The article said neither the Paxton nor Talarico campaign had immediately responded to requests for comment.
