Keystone Reports Customer Data Leak Affecting Wallet Users

Hardware crypto wallet maker Keystone confirmed on Oct. 23, 2026, that a third party had gained unauthorized access to its website and obtained customer data. Keystone said the exposed information included names, contact details, shipping addresses, order histories, purchased-device details and prices. It said bank card and account data, wallet passwords, private keys and seed phrases were not affected.

Keystone said it had blocked the access, fixed the vulnerability and was notifying affected customers. It did not disclose how many customers were affected or how the attackers gained access. The company warned that the stolen information could be used in targeted scams.
