Robinhood announced on October 22 that it had received Dubai Financial Services Authority authorization for trading and custody and had established a headquarters in the Dubai International Financial Centre. It plans a Middle East rollout in 2027, but the authorization does not mean customers can use the service yet.
Access will depend on each product’s permissions and terms, as well as local funding arrangements; the headquarters does not establish availability in every nearby country. Products offered in one app may carry different rights: a contract linked to a share price, for example, does not necessarily give its holder ownership of the share.
