Crypto rebounds as ‘Black Monday’ looms

Major cryptocurrencies steadied after a Sunday selloff, but the rebound followed broad weekly losses. Bitcoin was about $82,400 in the market roundup and down 1.4% for the week; Ethereum was down 5.3%, and the other major coins listed fell more sharply. The newsletter described concern about a “Black Monday” crash, but its prediction that one was unlikely was an opinion, not an outcome.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs had $228.4 million in net outflows for the week, while Ethereum ETFs had $320.1 million. The newsletter put their combined October outflows at $1.86 billion.
