Wells Fargo, Cisco, Intuit Among Tokenized Stock Objectors

OKXICE TSV named six more companies, including Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems and Marvell Technology, as objecting to trading of their shares on its planned tokenized-stock venue in a notice dated October 23, 2026. The total rose to 22, but the notices do not explain the companies’ reasons or whether an objection prevents a stock from trading there.

The venue plans to offer approved users round-the-clock trading in tokenized U.S. stocks. Its latest notice says it has no circuit breakers beyond halts tied to the underlying stock and no policies addressing profits from reordering blockchain transactions. It also warns that unsettled broker-dealer rules could limit participation, and that administrators can upgrade smart contracts without advance notice.
