Bitmine Immersion Technologies said it held 6,041,481 ETH as of October 18 after buying 12,535 ETH during the preceding week. The company described that holding as roughly 4.9% of Ethereum’s circulating supply and said more than five million ETH were staked.
Bitmine valued its wider portfolio, including crypto assets, cash and other investments, at about $15.1 billion. Staking can earn network rewards, but those rewards are not risk-free, and token holdings alone do not determine shareholder returns.
