Ethereum’s developer community is scheduled to gather for Devcon in Mumbai on November 3–6. The official programme covers privacy, security, open-source systems and applications. Presentations and proposals at the conference are not deployed upgrades or commitments to change the network; ideas still need implementation and testing before users can rely on them. The schedule and talks also do not provide a dependable forecast for ETH’s price.
