Soneium announced on Oct. 26 a plan to build an onchain entertainment ecosystem around tokenized intellectual property and a native SONEIUM token. It said its network already supports more than 250 applications, but gave no date for the token generation event.
The initial rollout features the Moriusa character IP, with support planned for merchandise, animated shorts and licensing. Soneium also plans to tokenize K-pop concert royalty streams with Dayonedream and offer access through Soneium Portal and the Startale app.
