The OCC published revised reporting forms intended to help supervisors monitor permitted payment-stablecoin issuers. The proposed package calls for weekly and quarterly reports from qualifying domestic and registered foreign issuers, but it still faces a public-comment period and requires Office of Management and Budget approval before collection can begin.
Subject to that approval, the first weekly report would be due January 25, 2027; the proposed first quarterly reporting date is March 31, 2027. These would be supervisory reports, not a guarantee that all reported data will be public.
