Mining distribution data showed Monero’s network hashrate at an estimated 7.12 GH/s on Oct. 26, 2026. SupportXMR, Nanopool and Kryptex together directed about 4.27 GH/s, or 60% of that total. This does not mean the three pool operators owned 60% of the mining equipment: they coordinate power from independent miners, who can move their machines elsewhere.
The estimated network rate remained below an earlier peak of 7.54 GH/s. The source also reports that Qubic claimed to have briefly controlled more than 51% of Monero’s hashrate during a 2025 campaign; it says short blockchain reorganizations and orphaned blocks accompanied that episode, while the network kept operating.
