Ripple announced a partnership with Meritz Securities to explore bringing digital-asset custody and tokenization to South Korea’s capital markets. The companies said they would first focus on bringing Meritz’s existing securities business on-chain within current regulations, then expand their work in stages as the country’s digital-asset framework develops. The announcement does not say the services have launched.
