Hoskinson: Biden’s Plan Threatens Crypto

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano (ADA), has criticized the Biden administration for its negative stance on the crypto industry, accusing it of trying to “kill” the sector. Highlighting the economic benefits crypto has brought to countries like Switzerland and the potential for job creation in the U.S., Hoskinson sees the administration’s actions, such as vetoing the H.J. Resolution 101 against SEC’s SAB 121 rules, as harmful. He supports pro-crypto presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., contrasting Biden’s policies with the less intrusive approaches of previous administrations.

This standoff reflects larger tensions between the crypto world and regulatory bodies, suggesting significant implications for the industry’s future in the U.S. Hoskinson’s stance underscores the strategic importance of supportive legislation for the growth and innovation within the crypto sector.
