The Solana Foundation has described Microscope, an open-source monitoring toolkit for teams managing on-chain programmes and infrastructure. It is designed to help operators inspect instructions and transactions and route alerts through monitoring workflows; it does not give every Solana application automatic protection.
An alert does not block a transaction. Microscope cannot automatically fix a vulnerable programme or reverse an executed transfer, and it does not replace security audits. False alarms and incomplete alert rules can also limit its usefulness, so teams still need incident procedures and clear responsibility for responding.
